To thrive as a Bindery Equipment Operator, you need mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a high school diploma or equivalent, often with on-the-job training. Familiarity with various bindery machines, such as cutters, folders, and collators, as well as basic maintenance tools, is essential.
