Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Die Cutter Machine Operator Job Duties:
  • Set up and operate die cutting machines according to job specifications and production orders
  • Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain quality, efficiency, and production output
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues on die cutting equipment
  • Read and interpret job tickets, blueprints, and work instructions
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area
Schedule:
2nd Shift – 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Pay:
$26.00 per hour

Die Cutter Machine Operator Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience operating die cutting machines in a manufacturing or print environment
  • Experience with Bobst die cutters (130ERII or Novacut 106 preferred)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience performing make-readies, setups, and tooling adjustments
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work in a team environment
