Our location in Le Center, Mn has an open position for Cutter Technician 4:45pm-2:45am Monday-Friday

We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented Machine Operators to support our fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll operate both automated and manual cutting equipment to ensure every product meets our high quality standards. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in precision, and thrive in a team setting, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills.

What You'll Do
  • Set up production equipment Prepare cutters and manual lines according to product specifications.

  • Complete safety inspections Verify guarding, e-stops, and safety devices before operation.

  • Perform changeovers Adjust inline cutters, outfeed conveyors, and merge tables for new products.

  • Track product identity Maintain accurate lot numbers and documentation.

  • Ensure product quality Verify slice count, cut accuracy, and final appearance before packaging.

  • Follow GMPs Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all food safety standards.

  • Work safely Adhere to all safety rules and procedures.

What You Bring
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

  • 6 months1 year of related manufacturing or machine operation experience

  • Strong manual dexterity and motor skills

  • Solid eye-hand coordination and attention to detail

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment
