Job Summary
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Hand Bindery Lead to join our production team at Range Printing - where craftsmanship meets creativity. In this hands-on role, you'll support print production by performing manual and semi-mechanical bindery and finishing tasks to prepare printed materials for delivery. This role focuses on quality, accuracy, and meeting production deadlines while following safety and work instructions.

What You'll Do
  • Stage materials (covers, inserts, tabs, envelopes, labels) and keep work areas organized.
  • Hand-collate, gather, and assemble printed pieces in correct sequence.

  • Inspect work for precision and quality, making fine-tuned adjustments as needed.
  • Assist with kitting, labeling, inserting, and special assembly projects.
