Command Missouri is currently seeking Bindery Workers to join our growing manufacturing team. Openings are available on all shifts.
Position Summary
Bindery Workers support high-volume book production by performing a variety of manual and machine-assisted finishing, packing, and material-handling tasks while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Packing finished books into boxes and stacking boxes onto pallets
  • Ensuring boxes are packed with the correct quantity and configuration of books
  • Assisting with bindery and finishing equipment as assigned, including feeding, catching, and stacking materials
  • Meeting established production, quality, and efficiency standards in a fast-paced environment
  • Following all safety policies, procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
  • Communicating effectively and professionally with team members and supervisors
  • Maintaining reliable attendance and punctuality in accordance with company policy
  • Rotating between workstations or tasks as operational needs require
  • Performing other duties as assigned to support production operations

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds or more unassisted
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to bend, stretch, twist, and reach repetitively throughout the shift
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed to meet production demands
