As a bindery worker, your job duties include operating equipment to produce bound books, setting up machinery to be able to handle paper specifications, and troubleshooting mechanical issues. Although there are typically no educational requirements to become a bindery worker, you may need on-the-job training or relevant experience. Additional qualifications include strong mechanical skills and manual dexterity, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team.
