As a First Notice of Loss (FNOL) Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to individuals reporting motor vehicle accidents. This position demands compassion, empathy, and strong communication skills, particularly when handling sensitive situations. Responsibilities:
- Receive, review, and process calls from individuals reporting losses incurred, including accidents, thefts, or other incidents related to motor vehicles.
- Demonstrate compassion and empathy towards callers experiencing difficult situations, ensuring a supportive and understanding approach.
- Drive customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and efficiently addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Multi-task effectively, problem-solve, and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with team members and work independently to ensure the timely and accurate handling of FNOL claims.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Active insurance adjuster’s license preferred; must obtain and maintain as needed.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
