As a First Notice of Loss (FNOL) Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to individuals reporting motor vehicle accidents.   • Demonstrate compassion and empathy towards callers experiencing difficult situations, ensuring a supportive and understanding approach.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and efficiently addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Multi-task effectively, problem-solve, and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and work independently to ensure timely and accurate handling of FNOL claims
