  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • (SA) Surgical Assistant must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date

  • (CSA) Certified Surgical Assistant, or (CST) Certified Surgical Technologist, or (CSFA) Certified Surgical First Assistant
