POSITION SUMMARY: This position is primarily responsible for reading, interpreting, and responding to Guest comments and questions by letter or email. Some computer knowledge is required.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Monday - Friday 8-hour shifts (7am - 3:30pm)
  • Responding to Guest comments and questions by both letter and email
  • Occasional data entry
