The position of Financial Supervisor - Commercial is within our Toxicology business unit, within our finance team, located in Overland Park, Kansas or Chicago, Illinois, and is part of our Workplace Services business, which is committed to developing and delivering innovative products and services. This role also serves as a key financial leader and trusted advisor to business partners, providing guidance, insight, and mentorship across the team. What You'll Work On

  • Support and consolidate the Toxicology OMC P&L.Prepare management reporting schedules; analysis of P&L trends and comparisons vs. benchmarks (comparisons to Plan, LBE, and Prior Year); identify key drivers as part of variance analytics.
  • Collaborate with commercial leadership to develop sales and personnel budgets and forecasts in support of annual Plan and quarterly forecast updates
  • Liase between Division HQ, the Toxicology Finance Areas, as well as commercial excellence, operations, R&D and commercial.
  • Prepare and control HQ Budget by function (Admin, QA, RA, Ops, Marketing, Commercial Excellence and Finance)
  • LBE and other benchmark reviews with the different stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities and highlight risks associated with the achievement of targets and metrics
  • Centralize R&D support in HQ, currently entities run the projects separately
  • Budget analysis by project, prepare management reporting schedules; analysis of P&L trends and comparisons vs. benchmarks (comparisons to Plan, LBE, and Prior Year)
  • Work with Ops and other stakeholders to create sustained cost improvements
  • Analytics emphasizing on high margin Skus, Customers
  • Support the Toxicology LBE Process, including the development of region LBE templates, P&L consolidation, uploading forecasts in planning system, and completing all Division finance templates with valid commentary and explanations of significant variances.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses based on needs of Finance leadership and RDx management, evaluate overall business unit performance and items such as new initiatives and cost savings opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Accounting/Finance, Business, or Economics.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced work environment with frequent deadlines; ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
  • Previous FP&A Commercial Experience
  • Previous experience working with large amounts of data and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree
  • Ability to organize and interpretlarge amountsof data,identifytrends, and summarize in a clear and concise format
  • Experience working in healthcare, manufacturing, or technology
  • Working knowledge of financial statements and concepts
  • Experienceleveragingautomation tools and emerging technologies (e.g., AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics) to improve reporting efficiency, streamline processes, and generate actionable business insights
