What: The Financial Reporting Analyst will prepare financial reports, analyze financial data, assist with month-end and year-end close processes, and support management reporting initiatives.

Position Overview:
The Financial Reporting Analyst will be responsible for supporting financial reporting activities, ensuring data accuracy, preparing analyses, and assisting with compliance and reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
โ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
โ Analyze financial results and identify trends, variances, and business insights.
โ Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
โ Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
โ Maintain and improve reporting tools, dashboards, and financial models.
โ Partner with accounting, finance, and operational teams to ensure reporting accuracy.
โ Support audit requests and compliance-related reporting requirements.
โ Develop ad hoc reports and analyses for management as needed.
Qualifications:
โ Bachelorโs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
โ 3+ years of financial reporting, accounting, or financial analysis experience.
โ Strong knowledge of financial statements and reporting processes.
โ Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP or financial reporting systems.
โ Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
โ Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly.
โ CPA, CMA, or progress toward certification is a plus.
