**SUMMARY:

**

The Manager, Finance Transformation leads strategic finance transformation initiatives across NN, Inc.'s global manufacturing organization, driving improvements in financial processes, systems, reporting, analytics, and operational decision support. Partnering closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, Information Technology, and senior leadership teams, this role is responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing scalable solutions that enhance efficiency, standardization, data integrity, and business performance.

The Manager serves as a catalyst for continuous improvement, translating business requirements into sustainable finance processes and technology-enabled solutions that improve visibility into cost drivers, profitability, working capital, and capital deployment. The role leads initiatives focused on process optimization, ERP and financial systems enhancements, reporting automation, master data governance, and advanced analytics to support enterprise-wide financial and operational objectives.

The Manager supports strategic initiatives including manufacturing footprint optimization, business integrations, capital investment programs, and mergers and acquisitions by providing financial analysis, process design, change management, and implementation support. The role also prepares and presents transformation updates, performance analyses, and business insights to senior leadership while fostering adoption of best practices and continuous improvement across the global manufacturing network. Periodic travel is required. The Manager, Finance Transformation reports to the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (Director, FP&A).

**Finance Transformation & Process IMprovement

**

  • Lead finance transformation initiatives focused on process standardization, automation, and operational excellence across the organization.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, eliminate non-value-added activities, and improve data quality and reporting efficiency.

  • Develop and implement sustainable process improvements that enhance productivity, accuracy, and scalability.

  • Support change management activities to drive adoption of new processes, systems, and tools.

  • Partner with Information Technology and business stakeholders to optimize ERP, planning, reporting, and business intelligence platforms.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

  • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles, including GAAP, internal controls, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, and finance process governance.

  • Experience leading finance transformation initiatives, process redesign efforts, and continuous improvement programs within complex business environments.

  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, financial planning applications, business intelligence platforms, and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, OneStream, Hyperion, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Power Platform).

  • Demonstrated ability to identify process inefficiencies, develop scalable solutions, and implement sustainable operational improvements.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, interpret, and synthesize complex data into actionable business insights.

  • Experience with financial systems implementations, upgrades, integrations, testing, and user adoption activities.

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and change management principles, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and implementation support.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing finance, cost structures, operational performance metrics, and business processes.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to all levels of the organization.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.

  • Ability to define problems, evaluate alternatives, establish facts, and develop practical recommendations to support business objectives.

**EDUCATION & REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 7–10 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Finance Transformation, Business Analytics, or related disciplines.

  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional process improvement, systems implementation, or finance transformation initiatives.

  • Some domestic and international travel may be required.
