In the role of IT Finance Manager supporting Global Operations Support, you will act as the primary finance contact for your assigned partners. You will establish solid working relationships with local and global business divisions, Finance teams, and HR Business Partners.

Your responsibilities include improving operational performance with financial rigor and delivering useful insights. You will support planning activities, recognize chances to boost cost efficiency and business impact, and promote process and workflow improvements. Additionally, you will find opportunities for AI-enabled efficiency and help make informed choices.

Responsibilities
  • Provide decision support through financial analysis, scenario modeling, project return on investment assessments, and recommendations on business alternatives.
  • Support portfolio planning processes, including NPV reviews and articulation of financial impacts.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis, scenario planning, and cross-functional collaboration to identify and support operational improvement opportunities.
  • Support the budget and forecast processes by helping allocate headcount, capital expenditures, and operating spend effectively.
  • Analyze monthly financial performance, identify cost opportunities and efficiencies, and communicate insights to business collaborators and finance contacts.
  • Lead monthly budget-versus-actual reporting and support quarterly flash reporting.
  • Document and communicate explanations for plan and trend variances to internal collaborators.
  • Support corporate initiatives and provide finance subject matter expertise to business customers.
  • Possess a service approach to identify, recommend, and help drive operational improvements that simplify financial workflows, improve data accuracy, and increase reporting efficiency.
  • Identify finance workflows suitable for AI-enabled solutions, automation, or advanced data analysis. Develop use cases, collaborate with team members on implementation, and coordinate the progress of solutions until completion to improve efficiency, data quality, and aid in informed decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced capabilities in data blending, data transformation, data modeling, and analysis using tools such as Power Query and SQL to support complex financial reporting and decision-making.
  • Experience identifying and assessing practical AI use cases within finance, planning, reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, or analytics workflows, including defining the business problem, expected value, data inputs, success measures, risks, and implementation requirements needed to move an idea from concept to execution.
  • Working knowledge of AI-enabled productivity, automation, and analytics tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude CoWork, GitHub Copilot, Power Automate, Power BI AI capabilities, or comparable enterprise-approved generative AI tools, with the ability to evaluate fit-for-purpose solutions, partner with technical teams or solution owners, support responsible adoption, and help ensure AI outputs are explainable, validated, appropriately governed, and aligned to finance process requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to business partners and finance collaborators.
  • Typically 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, financial planning, controlling, or related fields, preferably in manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, or other high-tech industries.
  • Proven ability to perform efficiently in an environment characterized by complexity and ambiguity.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or CMA, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience supporting financial operations in a memory manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
  • Experience partnering across functions to improve financial processes, reporting, and decision support.
  • Experience identifying automation, AI optimization, or advanced analytics opportunities within business or finance workflows.
