The RoleWe're looking for senior consulting athletes who are excited to stretch beyond their current lane. If you've cut your teeth in finance transformation, process, or project management - and want to do more strategic, cross-functional, client-facing work, this is your next step.
What You'll Do
  • Support the design and delivery of future-state finance processes, operating models, and reporting structures
  • Provide finance business consulting services to advise clients on improving business performance
  • Guide clients on transforming the finance operating model through enhanced processes, enabling technologies, organizational roles, and smarter reporting systems
  • Analyze data, document findings, and prepare recommendations for implementing new financial systems and procedures
  • Support the design of varying finance operating models, including shared services and outsourcing
  • Assist clients with planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting services
  • Consolidate finance functions across business units to achieve cost savings
  • Manage a workstream or small team in the delivery of client engagements
