Finance Transformation Manager (Hybrid โ€“ Edina) $115,000โ€“$135,000 + Bonus

Looking to move beyond month-end close and into a role where you can help shape how finance operates?

We're partnering with a large, complex organization seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to support key finance initiatives, process improvements, and system projects across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting or finance professional who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and working cross-functionally. You'll help drive meaningful change while gaining exposure to finance transformation, systems, and strategic projects.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and support finance and accounting-related projects
  • Partner with accounting, finance, operations, and business leaders
  • Assist with system implementations and process improvement initiatives
  • Help standardize processes across multiple business units
  • Coordinate project timelines, priorities, and stakeholder communication
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness across finance functions
