Job Summary

We are seeking an Receptionist / Scheduling / Office Clerk to join our team! As an Receptionist / Scheduling / Office Clerk, you will answer the phones, direct calls, and handle customer questions. You will also be filing paperwork, making copies, faxing documents, and mailing information out to customers, as needed. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, experience working in an office environment, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls

Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and file paperwork

Sort mail and distribute it to the appropriate places

Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions

Qualifications

Great customer service skills

Strong Communication Skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Familiarity with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office and Adobe software
