This position will be based at our headquarters in Stow, Ohio and work on a hybrid schedule: Tuesdays through Thursdays in office, and from home Mondays and Fridays. 8am-4:30pm EST.

Position Overview: Join our dynamic credit department as a Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) Filings Administrator, where you will play a pivotal role in securing Matco's financial interests. This position is not just about filing paperwork; it's about safeguarding the backbone of our financial operations and ensuring the success of our Technician and Distributor accounts.

What You Will Do:

  • Perfecting Security Interests: Daily filing of UCC1 and UCC3 statements, both electronically and manually, to perfect Matco's security interest in collateral.
  • UCC Management: Complete UCC terminations and subordinations, ensuring our records are precise and up-to-date.
  • Document Handling: Scan and index UCC documents into Intellichief, maintaining impeccable records.
  • Communication Excellence: Engage in professional communication with customers and internal representatives to resolve UCC inquiries and clarify policies.
  • Adaptability: Be ready to take on additional duties as the need arises, showcasing your flexibility and commitment.

  • Educational Foundation: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Secured Transactions: Familiarity with processing secured transactions is crucial.
