Bilingual Receptionist:
? Candidate must be fluent in both spanish and english. $25-$30 per hour.
? Front Desk & Guest Relations: Welcoming visitors, verifying identification, issuing visitor badges, and directing guests to the appropriate person or department.
? Communication Management: Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls, taking messages, and responding to general emails or public inquiries.
? Scheduling & Calendars: Managing appointment schedules, coordinating meeting times, and booking conference rooms.
? Clerical & Administrative Support: Processing incoming and outgoing mail, managing deliveries, filing paperwork, making travel arrangements, and performing data entry.
? Office Maintenance: Ensuring the reception area and lobby are tidy, and monitoring supplies like stationery and forms to order replacements when needed.
? Security & Safety: Monitoring front desk access, tracking visitor logs, and following emergency protocols.
