We're seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Administrative Support professional.   • Monday-Thursday 32 hr. work week, includes benefits!
  • Up to 8 hours per day
  • Flexible hours available between 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Consistent schedule required, with flexibility to accommodate school drop-off/pick-up or similar needs
What You'll Do
  • Welcome visitors and provide professional front desk support
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Perform accurate data entry using order numbers, quantities, dimensions, weights, serial numbers, and dollar amounts
  • Maintain records in Microsoft Dynamics GP
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize and track information
  • Manage email and calendars using Microsoft Outlook
  • Prepare and edit documents in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat
  • Verify data for accuracy and maintain organized records
  • Provide general administrative support to the office team
What We're Looking For
  • Previous administrative, receptionist, or office support experience preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience using Outlook, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Microsoft Dynamics GP experience is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Dependable with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable working with numbers and maintaining accurate records
