Position Summary: Supports operational integrity by conducting detailed audits of account changes, assisting with account maintenance functions, and participating in special projects and cleanup efforts as needed. Responsible for reviewing and validating various system-generated maintenance reports to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation related to customer account records.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Review system-generated maintenance reports to verify that changes to customer records are properly authorized, documented, and entered accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with procedures for new account openings and account revisions, including verification of authorization, ownership status, required documentation, account structure, and accuracy of entered information.
  • Perform maintenance reviews on additional account activities, such as dormant account reactivations, deposit holds, debit card orders, and other operational functions.
  • Assist with ongoing maintenance review initiatives, account cleanup activities, and departmental projects as assigned.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Keyboarding Skills
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail

  • Knowledge of banking operations and familiarity with compliance regulations.

Education and Experience: 

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Education
  • Prior Banking experience preferred

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
