Role Responsibilities

As an Agent Apprentice, you will:

 
  • Work onsite at our Burbank, CA location

  • Provide top-tier service to both English and Spanish-speaking clients

  • Use agency-supplied leads to generate new business and expand your network

  • Advise clients on insurance needs and recommend custom solutions

  • Sell and cross-sell a full suite of Farmers Insurance products: Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial

  • Build strong, lasting client relationships through exceptional service and regular policy reviews

Qualifications & Skills

We’re looking for candidates who:

 
  • Are fluent in both Spanish and English
