Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a highperforming insurance agency with full P&L responsibility
  • Develop and execute sales, marketing, and community outreach strategies
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of licensed professionals
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on insurance and financial protection needs
  • Maintain strong retention through exceptional customer service
  • Grow revenue through new business production and crossselling
  • Leverage Farmers training, technology, and brand reputation to accelerate growth

Requirements
