Job description

Maurina Hylland Farmers Insurance is hiring a full-time, onsite Insurance Sales Representative at 4715 SE Belmont Street in Portland, Oregon. This position focuses on generating new business through outbound calls and consistent follow-up with agent-provided leads.

You will learn what each prospect needs, explain auto, home, life, and business insurance options, recommend appropriate solutions, schedule appointments, and guide sales conversations toward a decision. You will also maintain accurate customer and sales records and contribute to the agency's team goals.


The intended compensation range is $40,000–$60,000 per year under an Annual Base Salary + Commission structure. The agency will provide the exact base salary and commission terms during the hiring process.
