Licensed Insurance Sales Representative – Farmers Insurance

A Farmers Insurance agency is actively seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team. This role is ideal for a licensed individual who enjoys building relationships, helping clients protect what matters most, and growing their income through performance.

Compensation:
$45,000 – $110,000 per year (base + bonus + commission)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and outreach
  • Build strong client relationships and provide coverage recommendations
  • Educate customers on insurance options and policy features
  • Follow up on leads, quotes, and service requests
  • Support existing clients with policy changes and account reviews
