The Farmers Pacific District is looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales Producer to join our growing team! If you enjoy connecting with people, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced sales environment, this could be a great fit for you.


In this role, youll focus on generating new business, helping clients find the right insurance coverage, and growing your income through commissions and bonuses. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and support to help you succeed and build a rewarding career in insurance sales. There are positions open all over Ventura County and the San Fernando Valley Area!

Prospect and generate new leads through calls, networking, referrals, and outreach

Learn and promote Farmers insurance products including home, auto, life, and commercial coverage
