Depending on experience we offer a minimum of $43,000 base salary without bonuses or commissions. Candidates are expected to make over $65,000.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from clients, providing assistance and addressing their inquiries
  • Process policy changes and updates accurately and efficiently
  • Assist clients with billing and payment inquiries
  • Educate clients about insurance coverage options and recommend and cross-sell suitable products
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of insurance policies and regulations
