Responsibilities
  • Help clients evaluate and select insurance solutions, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial coverage.
  • Develop lasting client relationships through exceptional service and proactive communication.
  • Manage inbound opportunities while actively seeking new business through referrals, networking, and outreach.
  • Stay informed on insurance products, carrier guidelines, and industry developments.
  • Prepare and present accurate quotes while educating clients on coverage options and policy benefits.
  • Conduct consistent follow-up with prospects and existing customers to strengthen retention and uncover additional opportunities.
  • Maintain all required insurance licenses and complete continuing education requirements as needed.

Requirements
  • Texas P&C License required.
  • Bilingual skills (preferred but not required).
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry (preferred).
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer efficient and comfortable with CRM tools
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction.
