Licensed Customer Service Representative (Insurance) – Full-Time

Farmington Hills, MI (On-Site)

Licensed candidates only—active Property & Casualty license required.

After 34 years serving Farmington Hills and the surrounding Oakland County community, Jay Swindle – State Farm Agent is adding one person to our team.

This is a full-time, in-office role for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and being part of a small, professional team.

We are not a call center. Our customers know us by name, and we take pride in building long-term relationships and providing clear, reliable service.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist customers with policy questions, changes, and billing inquiries
  • Process new insurance applications and policy updates
  • Support clients through the claims process
  • Review coverage details and explain options clearly
  • Maintain accurate client records
  • Communicate by phone, email, and in person
  • Work closely with a small team to deliver a strong customer experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Property & Casualty license (required)
  • Customer service or office experience preferred
