Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Representative:
·        Must speak Spanish and English
·        Sales experience or client-facing background a plus
·        Insurance experience is preferred, but not required

·        Must possess a genuine willingness to learn, intuitive, resourceful, and coachable
·        Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and listening skills
·        Must be confident, motivated, and determined
