Job description

We are seeking an experienced manufacturing machine operator to support a compounding extrusion production operation. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment and is best suited for candidates with prior experience operating industrial manufacturing equipment.

Candidates with extrusion, plastics, compounding, blending, or continuous manufacturing experience are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

● Operate compounding extrusion production equipment safely and efficiently

● Monitor machine performance and maintain continuous production flow

● Replenish raw materials and support production changeovers

● Accurately document production time, yield, scrap, and testing data

● Label and return unused raw materials to the preparation area

● Maintain a clean and safe production environment

Qualifications

● Previous industrial machine operation experience required

● Extrusion, plastics, compounding, or manufacturing line experience preferred

● Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability are highly preferred

● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently

● Comfortable working in a dusty, non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment

● Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

● Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shift
