Job description

Adecco is hiring immediately for an Extrusion Machine Operator with our client in El Paso, TX. Extrusion Machine Operators do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with starting pay at $13.25/hr. As an Extrusion Machine Operator, you will support daily production operations by transferring scrapped coils to the pelletizer area, weighing and transporting re-pelletized resin, and assisting with material handling throughout the facility. This role also includes routine pelletizer maintenance, maintaining an organized and safe work area, and assisting with other duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED preferred

  • 1-2 years of previous experience

  • Ability to read and follow written instructions, complete basic documentation accurately, and perform basic math calculations,

  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels

  • Flexibility to work overtime based on production needs

  • Ability to enter information into computer system.

  • Ability to visually inspect materials.

  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.as needed

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently bend, twist, squat, and kneel as part of daily job duties
