Job description

Telecrafter Products, based in Lakewood, CO is a specialty manufacturer and distributor serving broadband operators, is seeking two Lead Machine Operators.

Shift A: Weekday shift Mon. - Thurs. 6:30a - 6:30p. Working alternating Thurs.

Shift D: Weekend night shift, Thurs. - Sun. 6:30p - 6:30a. Working alternating Thurs.

Training to be completed Monday - Thurs. 6:30a - 4:30p or Monday - Thurs. 6:30p - 6:30a initially.

 

Responsibilities

This position entails a fast paced environment, monitoring and troubleshooting the basic problems that may occur on the Assembly machines, including adjusting all machines during the 12 hour workday. Also troubleshoot the assembly of parts, mechanical and pneumatic machine operations and sensor reliability.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years experience as Lead Machine operator. Prior automated machinery (not machine shop) experience required

Work closely with a crew of 2-3 people and meet daily production goals

Must have reliable attendance with consistent work history

Detail oriented

Works well in a team environment

Must have ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and work with minimal supervision

A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

A determination to accomplish results
