Thermo Extrusion Operator
Pay Rate: $20.33/hour
Shift: Swing Shift — 3:30 PM to 3:30 AM, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday
Job Summary:
Join our team as a Thermo Extrusion Operator, responsible for producing high-quality products using extrusion machinery. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and commitment to our values of Integrity, Accountability, and Teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate, monitor, and oversee multiple extrusion machines to ensure consistent, in-spec product output.
  • Follow detailed instructions and procedures to maintain product quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, both verbally and in writing.
  • Work in various areas as needed to support company operations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain compliance with TE values: Integrity, Accountability, and Teamwork.
  • Understand and use the metric system for measurements and specifications.
Physical Requirements:
  • Safely and effectively perform essential job functions both seated and standing as required.
  • Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality per company standards.
  • Be available to work extended hours or overtime when requested.
  • Possess keen eyesight to detect and identify small imperfections on products.
