Are you a skilled CNC Machinist looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking talented individuals to join our team at American Extrusion Int. as a CNC Machinist.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC Machines to produce high quality parts according to specifications.
  • Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machining operations.
  • Select and install tooling, fixtures and machine accessories as required.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspecitons on machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor and adjust machine parameters to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience
  • Proficiency in programming, setting up, operation and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of machining techniques, tools and materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Attention to detail.
