What is PVC extrusion?

PVC extrusion is a manufacturing process where raw polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material is melted and formed into a continuous profile, such as pipes, window frames, or cable insulation. The process involves feeding PVC pellets or powder into an extruder, which heats and pushes the material through a shaped die to create the desired product. This method is widely used due to its efficiency and ability to produce consistent, high-quality items for construction, plumbing, and electrical industries.
