We are seeking experienced Extrusion Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team in Cumming, GA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating extrusion machinery in a production environment and a strong background working with plastic, metal, steel, and cable extrusion processes. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining extrusion equipment to ensure quality production and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion machines according to production specifications.
  • Perform start-up, changeovers, adjustments, and shutdown procedures on extrusion equipment.
  • Process materials including plastic, metal, steel, and cable products.
  • Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
  • Conduct routine inspections and quality checks on finished products.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.
  • Read and interpret production orders, specifications, and work instructions.
