Midsouth Steel seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain various machinery, which is crucial for structural steel fabrication and processing. As an operator of our  machinery, you will contribute to the successful completion of various projects by ensuring the efficiency and precision of all cutting and drilling operations. You will work closely with engineers and project managers to understand specifications and machinery requirements, ensuring that the production process aligns with project timelines. Your expertise will not only aid in machine operation but also in troubleshooting and performing routine maintenance to minimize downtime. Shift is M-Th 3:15pm to 1:30am with mandatory overtime if assigned on Friday and Saturday.
