SUMMARY:

Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on winning new business?

Vector Security is looking for an Outside Sales Representative (Sales Solutions) to grow our residential and commercial customer base through proactive prospecting and relationship building. In this role, you’ll own the full sales cycle - from generating leads and setting appointments to presenting solutions and closing deals - while helping customers protect what matters most with industry-leading security and smart technology solutions.

This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated “hunter” who enjoys building a pipeline, working in the field, and consistently exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively schedule sales appointments with current and prospective customers.
  • Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales opportunities.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge and educate customers about our products and services.
  • Generate and track new leads to continue expanding the reach of the business.
  • Identify ways to market products to new customers, including identifying new target market segments/opportunities.
  • Uphold relationships with clients to ensure they remain satisfied, that their questions are answered, and that their needs are met.

What You’ll Need:

  • HS Diploma or Equivalent
  • 3-5 years relevant outside sales experience
  • Prefer 3-5 years industry experience
  • Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and an acceptable driving record
  • Needs to be savvy in using social media to increase sales leads
  • Product knowledge
  • Technologically adept (tablets, smart phones and computers)
  • Prospecting, Presentation, Negotiation, and Closing skills
  • Ability to meet sales goals
