Project Executive | Hyperscale Data Center Construction

Location: South Chicago (Relocation or Travel Support Available)


We're proud to be supporting one of North America's leading Industrial Real Estate owners as they continue to invest heavily in their rapidly expanding General Contracting division. With an impressive pipeline of hyperscale Data Center projects, this is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation delivering some of the largest and most exciting mission-critical developments in the country.


Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Project Executive or an ambitious Senior Project Manager from a General Contractor background who is ready to take the next step into an executive leadership role.

Previous Data Center construction experience is essential, and candidates must be available to work on-site Monday-Friday.


About the Projects

You'll be leading the delivery of major hyperscale Data Center developments, including:

  • Ground-up Hyperscale Data Center construction
  • Industrial-to-Data Center conversion projects
  • Major structural modifications and roof raises
  • Large-scale civil, sitework and flatwork packages
  • Private high-voltage substation construction
  • Complex MEP installation, integration and commissioning

Projects typically exceed 350,000 sq. ft. and 150MW, with numerous sites already under construction and many more due to break ground as the portfolio continues to expand.


What We're Looking For

We're keen to speak with experienced Project Executives and Senior Project Managers who possess:

  • Proven Data Center construction experience (essential)
  • Current or recent experience working for a General Contractor
  • A successful track record delivering large-scale mission-critical, industrial or ground-up construction projects
  • Strong leadership experience managing project teams, subcontractors and client relationships
  • Experience with Procore and BIM/3D coordination
  • Exposure to substations or major power infrastructure is highly advantageous
  • The ability to work on-site Monday-Friday
