Job Purpose:
- The Masonry Project Engineer at BLAKLEY CORP is responsible for managing and overseeing the technical and administrative aspects of masonry projects. This role involves ensuring that all project-related documentation is accurately prepared and maintained, facilitating smooth project execution in alignment with company standards and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and management of all necessary paperwork for masonry projects, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
- Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather and verify necessary documentation for project requirements.
- Support the project team in tracking project progress and maintaining accurate records of project milestones and deliverables.
- Ensure all project documentation is filed appropriately and is easily accessible for future reference.
- Provide administrative support to the project team, facilitating effective communication and coordination among all stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and best practices in construction management to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Education:
