Job description

Are you a qualified and skilled site superintendent?  Is your employer shipping you all across the country to building projects?  Do you enjoy the comfort of coming home to your own house/bed/family each night and tired with the rigors of constant travel? We are seeking a Site Superintendent- Commercial Construction to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. No travel required- 100% work will be within central Indiana!

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
  • Allocate resources for assigned projects
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
  • Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
