Technical Controls Manager/Director position - Indianapolis, IN
The company is hiring Technical Controls Manager/Director who would manage a controls team between 7-10 people and would need to be hands-on.
The company has 200+ employees and offers a wide range of services from Mechanical, Plumbing, Building Automation, and more. The company is able to execute fully turn-key solutions for their customers.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Someone who is a leader
  • Experience with Honeywell, Distech, Trane or Andover is a big plus.
  • PLUS - Tridium N4/AX experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Strategy - this person will be a key member in participating in the strategic operations of the controls department and market share
  • Hiring - this person will be responsible for managing the current team and to growing the department
  • Hands-On - in the beginning, this person will participate in project execution and most likely "project close-out"
  • Managing - participating in scheduling, project management, and managing
  • Commissioning/Close-Out
  • Integration, Programming, and Graphics Work
