Manage executive-level client relationships and proactively address needs.Drive AR health and KPI performance across assigned clients (net collections, DSO, A/R aging, denial trends).Partner with AVP to resolve escalations and implement corrective actions.Lead, guide, and develop RCM Managers and their teams.Monitor performance trends and deliver insights through advanced data analysis.Collaborate cross-functionally to solve operational challenges and improve workflows.Support sales discovery calls and represent RCM expertise in external/client meetings.Coach teams, drive accountability, and foster a performance-focused culture.Required Qualifications12-15 years of progressive experience in Revenue Cycle Management, primarily AR.Proven leadership of managers and multi-client portfolios.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint proficiency required).Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum High School diploma required.Completion of medical billing training is an advantage.Preferable Skills & CertificationsCRCR or MGMA certification on RCMSix Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt)Strong understanding of billing, collections, denial management, and client analyticsKey CompetenciesExecutive presence and client relationship managementStrategic decision-making and ownership of outcomesAnalytical thinking with KPI-driven approachTeam leadership, coaching, and performance managementCross-functional collaboration and operational excellence
