Manager, Executive Compensation

Labcorp is seeking a remote Manager, Executive Compensation to join our team.

(Applicants who live within 35 miles of either the Burlington, NC or Durham, NC location will follow a hybrid schedule. This schedule includes a minimum of three in-office days per week and two days working remotely, supporting both collaboration and flexibility)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, Eastern Time Zone

Responsibilities
  • Support overall program management and administration of executive compensation

  • Collaborate with HR business partners and rewards leadership to review executive roles and recommend appropriate grade and pay level for new hires, promotions and retention reviews

  • Support material development for the Compensation and Human Capital Committee meetings

  • Conduct extensive research related to executive compensation market trends, including that available in publicly disclosed financial documents (proxy, 10-ks, 8-ks, etc.)

  • Oversee participation in third party market surveys for executive positions

  • Assist with the administration of the global compensation planning processes including merit, bonus, and equity

  • Administer global Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), including monitoring employee eligibility, purchase auditing and refund processing

  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to support recommendations for program enhancements

  • Provide analytical support regarding ad hoc research and other related executive compensation projects

  • Demonstrate understanding of the requirements/data elements to create reports which streamline and support compensation programs

  • Conduct executive compensation M&A due diligence and support integration

  • Provide direction and oversight to junior staff

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree with 3 years of executive compensation experience, Associates degree with 5 years of executive compensation experience or HSD with 7 years of executive compensation experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 or more years of Executive Compensation Consulting company experience

  • Certified Executive Compensation Professional (World at Work certification)

Provides support to Global Rewards Team on a variety of programs and projects with particular focus on executive compensation, Compensation Committee material development, equity planning and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) administration. May also support sales and broad-based compensation programs as needed.
