Executive Managers are leaders, able to set goals and establish processes, procedures, and budgets. Additional qualifications include the ability to inspire others with your advanced leadership skills and positive contribution to company culture. You will need to have at least a bachelor’s degree in your chosen field, and most in this field choose to pursue a master’s degree in business.
