How to become an executive manager?

As an Executive Manager, you will assume a top c-suite corporate position, such as Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), or even Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Acquiring this role will take several years of proven success in your chosen area of expertise and a steady climb up the corporate ladder from entry-level. Executive Managers are leaders, able to set goals and establish processes, procedures, and budgets. Additional qualifications include the ability to inspire others with your advanced leadership skills and positive contribution to company culture. You will need to have at least a bachelor’s degree in your chosen field, and most in this field choose to pursue a master’s degree in business.
