Position Overview:
We're searching for a Senior Product Manager on our Platform Machine Learning team who can help drive the team's product vision and strategy. This Product Manager will work closely with Zynga's internal teams to understand their technological needs as they build out engaging experiences for our new and existing player base. Projects will range from the development of automation tools, data pipelines, and ML models, empowering users to effectively and efficiently meet their business goals.
What You'll Do:
  • Establish the product vision and strategy that will help improve operations and performance across our business.
  • Partner with executive, game, marketing, and analytics teams to understand user needs and establish success criteria with clearly measurable objectives and key results to deliver a great end-user experience.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing group of Engineers, Data Scientists, and Analysts acting as the voice of the business to shape the development and delivery of AI solutions.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the impact of products on business outcomes
  • Impact the end-to-end product lifecycle of features spanning multiple areas.
  • Collaborate to solve novel problems introduced by the constantly evolving and increasingly challenging gaming ecosystem.
  • Be or become a guide in data science strategies and technologies, including key vendors in the space, pros and cons of opposing approaches, and trade-offs involved with different strategies.

What You Bring:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Business.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a product management role.
  • Prior experience in working with Game and/or Marketing teams or building DS solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience with prioritizing projects, collecting requirements, crafting product specifications, and carrying features from conceptualization to deployment.
  • Good knowledge of agile software development methodologies and software development life cycle.
  • Experience with metrics-driven decision-making.
  • A track record for high performance and team/project leadership.
  • Hard-working, performance-driven self-starter and team player.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The pay range for this position in Ontario at the start of employment is expected to be between $92,000 and $142,000 per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program. Regular, full-time employees are also eligible for a range of benefits at the Company, including: medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage; 14 paid holidays per calendar year; paid vacation time per calendar year (ranging from 15 to 25 days) or eligibility to participate in the Company's discretionary time off program; up to 10 paid sick days per calendar year; paid parental and compassionate leave; wellbeing programs for mental health and other wellness support; family planning support through Maven; commuter benefits; and reimbursements for fitness-related expenses.
