JOB DESCRIPTION: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (CHILDREN'S FASHION COMPANY)

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team in a fast-paced children's fashion company. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization by assisting the executive with a wide range of tasks and responsibilities across various departments. Your ability to multitask, anticipate needs, and maintain a high level of professionalism will be vital to your success in this position.

Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support: Provide exceptional administrative support to the executive by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, arranging travel logistics, and organizing meetings. Assist with drafting and preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  2. Communication and Correspondence: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners. Manage incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses on behalf of the executive. Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
  3. Departmental Support: Collaborate closely with various departments, including design, production, marketing, and sales, to understand their specific needs and provide assistance as required.
