Job description

Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator
Job Description

This fixed-term Recruiting Coordinator role supports the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating interviews and delivering an exceptional candidate experience across the United States and Costa Rica. You will create, manage, and execute interview schedules, ensure smooth communication among stakeholders, and uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service. The position offers the flexibility to work from an office in Bellevue, WA or remotely, with a strong focus on Pacific Time business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule onsite and remote interviews, demos, presentations, and executive meetings across multiple time zones, primarily within the United States and Costa Rica.
  • Confirm interview details and logistics directly with interviewers and candidates to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, executive assistants, and IT/office teams to coordinate all aspects of the interviewing process.
  • Be available to assist with virtual interviews and troubleshoot technical and video conferencing issues across multiple time zones.
  • Support Talent Acquisition leaders with reporting, recruiting events, and a variety of administrative tasks.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the Talent Acquisition team and complete other duties as assigned.
  • Represent the organization professionally to candidates and internal stakeholders, reinforcing a high standard of candidate care and customer service.
  • Use applicant tracking systems and other tools to manage interview pipelines, documentation, and candidate communication.
Essential Skills
  • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume, customer-facing role.
  • 1+ years of experience scheduling onsite and remote interviews across multiple time zones.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Proficient, professional experience using Google Suite products, including Gmail, Calendar, Meet, and Chat.
  • Proficient, professional experience using Zoom for virtual meetings and interviews.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to coordinate complex schedules and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Customer service mindset with a focus on delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience supporting recruiting or talent acquisition functions.
  • Familiarity with tools such as CoderPad, Slack, and other collaboration or interview platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort working independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
  • Interest in gaining hands-on experience in technical recruiting and high-volume sourcing.
  • Ability to work standard business hours aligned with Pacific Time (Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM).
Work Environment

This is a fixed-term contract role designed to cover a parental leave. The position can be performed onsite in Bellevue, WA, in a hybrid arrangement, or fully remote, with standard business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, aligned with Pacific Time. The role operates in a collaborative team setting where you will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders while also managing independent responsibilities. You will use a variety of tools and technologies, including Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Chat), an applicant tracking system, CoderPad, Slack, Zoom, and other platforms as needed. A personal laptop is required for this role. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
