Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive business growth in the custom branding and promotional products industry. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that align with customer branding and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
Conduct regular follow-ups to move opportunities through the sales cycle
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Understand client needs and recommend tailored product solutions
Provide excellent post-sale support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Sales Process Execution
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pricing quotes
Negotiate pricing and close sales opportunities effectively
Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and performance metrics
Product Knowledge & Market Insight
Stay current on industry trends related to custom apparel, promotional merchandise, and branded marketing materials
Develop knowledge of production timelines, product capabilities, and decoration methods such as screen printing, embroidery, and DTG
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
Coordinate with customer service teams to support promotional campaigns and client initiatives
Qualifications
1-3 years of B2B sales experience, Business Development, account management required.
Experience in custom apparel, promotional products, or branded merchandise required.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with industry platforms such as ASI, SAGE, or Distributor Central
Existing network within branded merchandise, promotional products, or custom apparel industries
Familiarity with apparel decoration methods including screen printing, embroidery, and direct-to-garment (DTG)
