About the team

The BPaaS team performs new business sales of FIS' Item Processing |Remittance Processing | Content Management | Remote Deposit Capture | Print and Mail | Card Personalization and Materials supply. The BPaaS Sales team builds strong relationships with executives through face-to-face and virtual strategic discussions. Understanding the company strategy and aligning FIS' BPaaS solutions and services to their strategy is key to building solid relationships and a successful partnership.

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will drive new business sales of FIS' BPaaS solutions above - In addition you'll work along side the Strategic Account Manager (SAM) to upsell additional strategic BPaaS solutions to existing BPaaS clients.

What you will be doing

You will be using your leadership and enterprise sales experience to manage large complex BPaaS sales engagements.Your strong understanding of outsourcing of shared services like Print and Mail along with leveraging FIS' market leadership in Item and Remittance processing and FIS' unique Card personalization and materials will be used to drive sales. Ideal experience would be in a consultative sales environment, building and managing a pipeline, and having the ability to close business.

You will be selling to large Financial Institutions.

  • Generate new clients for our BPaaS Solutions.

  • Drive new sales to achieve financial goals, objectives, and measurements to meet growth targets

  • Develop relationships with executives through face-to-face and virtual strategic discussions.

  • Understanding the company strategy and aligning FIS' BPaaS solutions and services to their strategy is key to building solid relationships and a successful partnership.

What you bring:

  • History of selling into large banks (5+ years experience in this space)

  • Proven success in identifying, initiating, developing, and closing sales opportunities

  • Must have a career selling Outsourced Solutions, at least one of the following: Item or Remittance Processing, Print and Mail or Card Personalization and Materials supply.

  • Demonstrate successful experience selling complex solutions

  • Experience structuring, negotiating, and closing "deals" that meet customer and FIS' expectations.

  • Expert negotiation and closing capabilities

  • History of accurately forecasting and pipeline management, as well as, accurate input and consistent updates in a CRM

  • Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner including presentations to all levels of management

  • Virtual Position - Remote anywhere in the US

  • Up to 30-50% Travel, spending time in the field

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $133,980 - $227,770.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
