Motiva USA, LLC (Establishment Lab's American Division) is seeking Surgical Sales Representatives. This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative international company in hyper-growth as we launch a significant revolution to transform the women's aesthetics industry.
About The Role:
In this multifaceted role you will drive revenue for the breast device portfolio. Your responsibilities will encompass meticulous planning and execution of customer meetings that generate sales for your territory. It will be crucial to have a detailed understanding of selling in a surgical environment. Case coverage and consulting in both the hospital and office operating room setting, plastics surgery expertise, and scientific selling are all necessary to excel in this role. Leveraging your creativity, organizational prowess, and keen attention to detail, you will create and grow the breast implant and tissue expander market share in your area.
Please note: This is a remote role, we will be considering candidates located in the Denver, Colorado
Your Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed sales quota for all products
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity, always maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including sales leadership, marketing leadership, key customers, and colleagues
  • Plan and execute sales strategy in order to drive revenue for cosmetic implants and Reconstructive expanders
  • Manage all aspects of territory logistics such as inventory, samples, VAC approvals, AR tasks, FLASH, and salesforce
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hospital approving or contracting entities.
  • Coordinate with marketing and leadership team to ensure appropriate utilization of resources such as education programs and surgeon engagement
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and marketing teams, to understand and execute the marketing strategy and align with organizational goals
  • Manage territory expense budget and follow all applicable expense guidelines while executing educational engagement
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to plan and successfully execute national and regional trade shows
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and technologies to continuously improve sales execution
  • Develop and maintain relationships with plastic surgeons, office staff, coordinators, and hospital personnel that will help execute sales
  • Educate and act as a consultant for breast device cases by providing technique considerations, complication management strategies, and differentiation of the products

Requirements:
  • Experience on medical devices sales
  • Experience and knowledge in plastic surgery is preferred
  • Ability to be credentialed and work in an OR setting (this person will be assisting and observing surgeries)
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Hands on and proactive attitude
  • Able to work within an evolving environment
  • Ability to manage all administrative tasks in a timely manner
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively as required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Teams
  • Able to work with a team as well as independently in fast-paced environment/experience prioritizing
  • Program/Project execution
  • Experience navigating hospital VAC processes

Salary Range
For roles based in jurisdictions that require pay transparency (including California, Washington, Hawaii, New York, and Colorado), the expected annual base pay for this position is
$100,000 - $120,000. This reflects our current assessment of the role. Actual compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as skills, experience, and work location. The range may be updated over time
