Executive Assistant

Global Pacific Support is partnering with their client to look for an executive assistant. This role is EA-first with added responsibilities in social media management and light cold calling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, inboxes, travel, meeting prep, and follow-ups
  • Make targeted cold calls using provided scripts; qualify prospects and book meetings; keep clean CRM notes
  • Plan a simple content calendar, draft/schedule posts (primarily LinkedIn; some IG/X), monitor DMs, track basic analytics
  • Create concise briefs, slides, and one-pagers; coordinate with vendors/partners
