A day in the life.
As our Associate Strategic Client Manager on the Rx Solutions team, you'll serve as the primary contact for field offices, providing support in post-sale implementation and ongoing pharmacy management. Your responsibilities include offering strategic and consultative support throughout the sales process, reviewing PBM contracts for compliance, and building strong relationships with the MMA field, strategic partners, and PBMs. You'll educate the field on new features, improve processes for a better client experience, and assist with renewals and timely reporting. Additionally, you'll create client communications in collaboration with marketing, mentor other Client Managers, and handle various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and avoid potential issues.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent career experience
  • Minimum of ten (10) years working directly in pharmacy from PBM, carrier, consultant or pharma manufacturer perspective
  • Focus and experience with major accounts and a strong understanding of pharmacy benefits
  • Strong relationship management experience with knowledge and experience in benefit consultation.
  • Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
  • Current L&H licensure or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
  • In-depth knowledge of PBM contracts, and extensive experience in analysis and negotiations related to pharmacy and PBMs
