The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:

$70,300.00 - $105,500.00

Purpose Statement: Provides high-level administrative support to Executive Team Members, leads projects and coordinates events that support Plexus' long-term goals.

Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Coordinates and facilitates executive level events. Creates content for events including presentation materials and agendas as well as managing event logistics.
  • Provides executive-level professional communication, including providing constructive feedback on drafted communications, in verbal and written form to many audiences as a direct representative of the Executive Team member. Communications represent the values and quality of the organization and leader. Consolidate data and information for Executive use. Review and compile financial, customer and organizational performance data and develop content to be used in presentations, reports and executive level communications.
  • Organizes the Executive Team Member's activities and provides routine administrative services to ensure operations flow smoothly in a fast-paced environment. Anticipates the needs of the Executive and thinks ahead to provide support that keeps them focused on meeting company goals.
  • Creates and maintains standard work in best practices, and is continuously improving processes to ensure excellent executive support.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
