Job description

The QTI Group has partnered with a mission-driven nonprofit organization to hire a temporary Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and the Board of Directors during a leave of absence. This role is ideal for an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with executives and stakeholders, and can proactively manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
This is a temporary assignment anticipated to last approximately one month, with the possibility of extension.
The schedule is Monday-Friday, 25-30 hours per week with flexibility.
Pay is $26/hr.
Responsibilities:Manage calendars and coordinate meetings for executive leadership.
Schedule and support Board of Directors and committee meetings, including meeting logistics and materials.
Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, communications, and meeting documentation.
Take detailed meeting minutes and track action items and follow-up tasks.
Serve as a primary point of contact for board members and other key stakeholders.
Coordinate hotel accommodations and meeting logistics for board and committee meetings.
Assist with executive travel arrangements, expense reporting, and administrative projects.
Support leadership initiatives and help keep priorities, reports, and projects on track.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience preferred.
5+ years of Executive Assistant, Executive Business Partner, or senior administrative support experience required.
Previous experience supporting executives, senior leadership, or a Board of Directors is strongly preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with executives, board members, CEOs, and external stakeholders.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to changing business needs.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
